Refund was only half as much as the purchase price, so I didn't bother.
This wire was thick enough to be bent and threaded through tight places without being damaged, and it has a stripe on one side so it is easy to get the red (or black) terminal on the speaker to the same terminal on the amplifier even though it may be a long distance and one or more walls away. Good job Sony.
1 side of the wire is completely white with no markings at all so it worked very well for me.
