I have been through the full progression of 5.1 speakers, but I was tired of the ugly, small, boxy speakers mounted on my walls that were an eye sore. These Sony speakers are perfect because they are completely flat so they blend into the wall perfectly and the sound is amazing. Also, I have the two rear speakers sitting on tables, and the mounts are great so the speakers never fall over.
