Very handy device , especially if you use blue tooth phone ear pieces. Plug it into any standard stereo plug and listen to Mp3 or audio books. when call comes in you automatically switch to the call.

Would have given it 5 stars but it has to be re-paired too often. So you cue up an audio book and turn it on only to find you need to go through the more lengthy repairing process.

I have had this adapter now for couple of weeks.
Excellent device, if you are watching TV at late night and do not want to disturb others who might be at bed already.
I am pairing this with Nokia BT-604 headphones, very easy to pair and use. No hazzle.

Reach is not long, if there is walls in between, but when there is clear view to adaptor sound is good and reaching long way (like 5-7m. at least).

Battery life so far been good. Only recharged it 2 times. At least 8-10 hrs for one re-charge.

So, I can recommend this. Reach I would like to be better when there is walls in between.

Yes, I bought the cable knowing the length, I still thought it would be slightly less awkard. The product functions extremely well - no connectivity or static issues that you find with some BT units. I'd recommend it to friends.

I already have the Miccus BluBridge BT receiver. I got this transmitter and I am returning it. I'll just get a Miccus transmitter. The design and the possible points of failure is what gets this product 1 star. There is nothing portable about this item. Charger via base? C'mon Sony get with the program. Sony seems to be so fond of producing one AC/DC adapter after another. Why not charge unit via transmitter itself. Also, why not via a Mini or Micro USB connection. All my electronic gadgets are charged via USB. So, I have ONE AC/DC adpater and ONE car charger. Then unit is connected via USB cable for charging. Except for these Sony products and I will not have it anymore. Finally, why not have a mini plug on unit iself instead of the already FIXED cable!
No thanks, I'll get the Miccus BluBridge transmitter instead. For true portability!

I bought this to listen to TV with my Bluetooth headset. There is a slight delay causing the audio to be out of sync with the video.
Other than that I feel it would be fine for strictly audio alone.

I have plugged it into several audio sources and it xmits to either one of my bluetooth head phones. I wish bluetooth had a little more power.
Good product; works great.

Elegantly, light and easy to use, i used with headphones samsung, good, the cable is so thiny , but not a problem, but have to wait a longer use to calified cause is refurbished
