I initially ordered a white VAIO, but returned it as only the inside was white.. The cover was silver, which I didn't want. In exchange, I got the same model in black and so far, so good. It's super fast which I'm enjoying but it does take some time getting used to as an upgrade from Windows XP. I didn't try the keyboard prior to my purchase which may have been a mistake as I have small hands and have some difficulty reaching the backspace and enter keys. It would be perfect for a man's hands for this very reason. THe on-line instructions are very detailed but I am not a techie and have had a pro set it up. My last VAIO still runs perfectly after 7 years and I hope this one will do the same.

I bought notebook august,30 after 2 weeks srated to have problems.Finally computer broke and my knightmares started.It took 2 weeks negotiations with customer relations to send computer to San-diego for repair.After 1 month I still don't have my computer.Terrible service,they don't care about sony name.Sony always had best product and services,not anymore.I will never buy and recommend this brand.
