This desktop is powered by the 3.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor, which offers a hyper-speed 1333 MHz front-side bus speed and 6 MB L2 cache. Part of Intel's 45-nanometer (nm) Penryn series, this processor boosts speed and multi-tasking capabilities while it reduces power requirements. Five high-speed USB 2.0 ports and one FireWire/i.LINK port are conveniently located on the back and sides for easy access and let you attach virtually all your peripherals without having to buy additional hardware. Other features include a 500 GB hard drive, 4 GB of installed RAM (maximizing capacity), Draft-N Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Gigabit Ethernet networking, S/PDIF digital audio output, Intel GMA X4500HD graphics (with 1750 MB of total available video memory), and integrated 3-watt stereo speakers (for 6 watts of total power. It comes preinstalled with the 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium (Service Pack 1).

Enjoy easy wireless networking with the integrated tri-mode Atheros Draft-N wireless LAN (compatible with 802.11b/g/n wireless networks). This new Sony desktop is everything you could want in a general purpose computer and a very efficient use of desk top space. The 20" screen size is perfect for the desk in our office. We had a Dell 8400 with the typical large tower placed under the desk, my wife didn't really like the large tower under the desk, the all-in-one is the perfect solution. It came loaded with Vista and is performing well. The new system is fast and everything you could want.
