5.0 out of 5 stars By and large a satisfactory laptop, June 9, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have already heavily used this laptop both for work and fun. I hook it up to Clearwire which provides me portable Internet access. The wireless has worked seamlessly. The only thing that bothers me is the loud left click although the silent touch pad provides an alternative. I would also like a dial to adjust the sound as the slide pad is not yet as responsive as I would like. I gave it a 5 star because it is an excellent laptop even with my particular preferences. I like the location of the delete button. Am begrudgingly learning Vista and Word 2007. Am looking forward to seeing what the new Windows will provide.

I have this laptop in red. I'm having a blast with it. The specs are awesome, it's fast and it's pretty!! lol. The screen is vivid and the keyboard is easy to use.

1.0 out of 5 stars piece of junk, March 18, 2010
I bought this laptop 6 or 7 months ago and I would say this is not even a computer, it's a piece of junk. It's just fancy and color from the outside and nothing in the inside. It crashes all the time, and when I type I don't see what I type on the screen (I don't know what technicians call this), and the fan makes the sound of a car engine when I called the company they said that's a 'KNOWN ISSUE' with the CS models, I'm like if it's a known issue it shouldn't be on the market!!!
My sister has a sony vaio and my brother has one too and we are all complaining about them.

I'm sorry sony but you're better off selling cameras and TVs not laptops.
