Allows me to connect the camera to my HD TV through HD Inputs making the videos I take that much clearer. Wouldnt have minded finding an HDMI connection as oposed to the rca style inputs but that is a minor complaint as it functions as advertised.

DependableResource is anything but dependable, they are a fraud! I purchased an item from this company on sale, and it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. Unfortunately for me, they decided to cancel the order without informing me. When I didn't receive the item on the day it was supposed to arrive, I e-mailed this company and was told that check with Amazon, as they were to fulfill the item. When I checked with Amazon, they said that DependableResource had canceled the order. They also told me that they would like to match the price, but couldn't on the item since they were only the fulfiller of the item, not the seller.

I contacted "Dependable"Resource again, and explained the situation. I asked them to match the price that I originally paid for the item. My response back was that Amazon must have had a glitch in the price, and that they obviously couldn't match it. They are the seller! Amazon would not have anything to do with the price. Sure, their sale prices are nice, until they decide the price is too low and cancel your order. I asked them to try and make this right, but they will not contact me back. When I went to add feedback, I couldn't because they had canceled my order. What a joke. Do not waste your time or money with this company!

This HD cable for the Sony cybershot was terrible. It was so overpriced for something that didn't even work. We had it for a Cybershot dsc290 connected to a 48" Sony Bravia HDTV and it messed up all the colors. There was no instructions for any kind of troubleshooting with the cable nor online.
I was happy to return it and get the money back for even if it did work, I don't think it would have been worth the money. The camera takes sharp enough pictures and the AV cables did a good enough job transferring the image.
