Long battery life is what you want in a Walkman, and the WM-FX890 just won't quit. Advanced technology has made it possible to listen up to 80 hours using a rechargeable battery and 1 "AA" battery. That gives you plenty of time to tune in stations all around the world, using the Worldwide Digital Synthesized FM/AM Stereo Tuner and the 30 station presets. The WM-FX890 includes a full backlit LCD remote control (great for use in low-light situations), Cue and Review, Blank Skip, and Auto Reverse. Very poorly written instructions. When instrudctrions figgured out, much to complicated and this expensive model does not meet my needs as well as much less expensive ones.

I WANTED BUY A GOOD CASSETTE PLAYER SO I BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE ONE. BAD CHOICE. VERY DIFFICULT TO OPERATE. NOT WORTH EXPENSE. I HAVE HAD MUCH CHEAPER SONY MODELS THAT SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER. MANUFACTURES INSTRUCTIONS MUST HAVE BEEN WRITTEN IN JAPANESE AND THEN TRANSLATED INTO TWO OR THREE OTHER LANGUAGES BEFORE MAKING IT TO ENGLISH.
