Great Stands...,
This review is from: Sony WSFV11 Speaker Stands (1 pair) (Electronics)
I picked up a Sony Bravia Home Theater System recently. I figured I should get stands for the rear speakers, and they are great!!! They do what they are supposed to do and look good in the process.
As for person who rated them low because the "fat end" of the speaker wire can not be threaded through the stands, I hope he/she gets them outta the basement because the fat end does not get threaded through the stands. The open wire end does. Threading the wire this way is described in the instructions!!! Anyway, I'm happy with my pair.

Nice stands,
This review is from: Sony WSFV11 Speaker Stands (1 pair) (Electronics)
These stands matched the finish of our home theater setup, and more importantly fit onto the speakers. The bases are well weighted. The speaker wire runs through the stand, and there is a finish cap to hide the connection on the back of the speaker.
My wishes are few: 1) That the price would have been lower, and 2) that the stands would have been flexible (they are pre-bent). Thanks to Sony for making these. I didn't have to hope that non-specific models elsewhere fit our needs and speakers.

Since I was getting the expensive Sony DAV-X1 DVD theater system I thought I would do it right and get Sony speaker stands. They don't work with the system because you can't feed the fat speaker connection through the hollow stand like you would with just speaker wires. Maybe there is an adapter to get for whatever extra $$, but the speakers work fine on each side of the TV. Not worth it for me to send back.

I just received my stands. I really like them. They were simple to put together and look really nice with the rest of my furniture. Would recommend these!

These stands go perfectly with my surround sound system Sony HT-SF2300 Blu-ray Disc Matching Component Home Theater System (Black). They assemble and set up very easily, you can also adjust the height of the speakers. The speaker wire is run through the shaft of the stand.

Just what I wanted,
This review is from: Sony WSFV11 Speaker Stands (1 pair) (Electronics)
These speaker stands ae sleek. They are not bulky looking like other stands. I recommend getting the original Sony stands for your Sony speakers.
