5.0 out of 5 stars Ericsson T28 Travel Charger, December 29, 2000

This is a duplicate of the charger that comes with the T28 World phone. It's a well-made device that is compatible with the desktop stand, but can also be used alone with the phone. The modular design allows compatibility with nearly any voltage and frequency mains(eg, 110V 60Hz, 220V 50Hz). While the insertion force into the phone seems at first a tad high, the connector is, in fact, sturdy and stands up to repeated connects and disconnects.

5.0 out of 5 stars Feather weight, August 9, 2001
This review is from: SonyEricsson Travel Charger for Ericsson T60 Series, T68 Series, T300 Phones (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I've never held a charger so light. Usually you feel the full weight of an iron-core transformer, but this feels like just an empty plastic housing. It really compliments the weight (or lack thereof) of the T28 phone... nice on a long trip. I've used it in the US and England without a problem (after I figured out how to remove it from the phone... you have to lift up, not pull).

Note in England, they have they're own type of electrical outlet, but both of the hotels we stayed in had the right sized outlets in the bathrooms. The oulets were marked "shaver only", but it worked fine. I guess the European adapter supplied with the kit it really made for continental Europe. Luckily the English accommodate for their visiting neighbors.
