Lee Galloway's rendition of Canon in D is worth the entire CD's price. I have never heard a better rendition, and, if the other songs are anything like the Canon in D, this is one very wonderful work of music.

I was introduced to Galloway's music by a soundbyte of "Canon in D" in an email attachment and it took me forever to find the rest of the song. His arrangement and performance of this piece is worth the cost of the CD. Fortunately, it is only one of 11 great arrangements! His style is pure, simple and soothing. You don't need to "dig" classical music to appreciate the beauty in this LP.

It is a very relaxing CD. He plays the piano beautifully. If you need to get away from the mental hustle and bustle, relax a moment with this CD ! ! ! Highly recommend.

Mr. Galloway is among those rare artists that truly feel their work to the point that artist and work unites in synergistic energy. His style is very emotive and elegant and this work does, indeed, soothe the soul.

I love the way he plays the piano. I have listened to these almost every day. (At night to wind down)

Lee Galloway's CD is great for all aspiring pianists to listen to and learn about touch. The Fur Elise is played as a legato love song, the way Beethoven would have appreciated it ... not like a mechanical Bach fugue as we hear it performed so often today. In fact, the Beethoven sounds like Brendel. Like the other reviews state, the Canon in D rendition is great. Overall, if you appreciate the artistry of touch and expression, you'll love this CD.
