This is the question that the author explores in this beautifully illustrated volume. His answers are controversial and may surprise and intrigue you. The Sophia of God remains a mystery, and this book is highly recommended for those who would like to increase their understanding of the esoteric Christian path.

you'll want to spend some time with this book. Its not a fast read. Rather it is packed with food for thought, and you'll want to digest it slowly. I read my copy in a month and enjoyed it immensely.

This is a well-written, thoroughly researched book. I have not finished it, but it provides a solid theology of the Sophia tradition and its relationship to the Virgin Mary. I do not know yet if the argument that Sophia incarnated as Mary is proven.
