I bought this CD and liked it right off the bat. The second time I listened I was amazed by the depth and layering of the sounds and vocals. This is one treasure I have played again and again, especially when I am working. It is calming and radiant all at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend this CD.

I highly recommend this CD, the music is exquisitely beautiful. It makes me feel very calm and peaceful. It feels like it is cleaning my chakras. This music is very suited to fall asleep with, practice yoga and if I have another child I will choose this CD to listen to while giving birth. Thank you Sophia & Band for this heavenly music.

This spiritual album has a fluid sound throughout which makes it relaxing while the steady rhythms give it just enough of a "pop music" feel to make it energizing. The words may not look like much when typed out, but set to music, they are absolutely stirring. Words like, "May the warriors find peace within" and "My body is the body of the Goddess" become very moving when set to the mood of this deep, watery, rhythmic album.

It has a far-eastern sound to it, and is definitely worthwhile.

I was given this cd as a gift and I must say this is one of the most unbelieveable gifts of music I've ever recieved. Whether you use this for yoga, meditation or sacred space preparation, you will be blessed by the lush tapestry Sophia has weaved her voice onto. The words (as described by other reviewers) have a depth of spirit that I can only liken to prayers lifted on the swirls of inscense smoke to the heavens. You must have this CD.

There is a seamless transition from track to track which makes it a perfect CD to drift off to sleep with. Two of my personal favorites are the Prayer for the Warriors and I AM.

Wow, this one almost ties my favorite of hers- Chakras. I am amazed every time I hear her voice & I have all her CD's & listen to them often, her voice is just gorgeous. I wish she'd come out with a guided visual meditation and include some of her songs. Sheer ecstasy, I hope there's another one coming out from her soon.

While I was attending a class, the CD "Sophia -Return" was playing in the background. During my first break, I had to find out what I was listening to because I noticed my energy changing...becoming more relaxed and yet more alert. After purchasing this CD and playing it at home, I also notice a shift inside my body. Each time I play the first track, my chakas open up and I fill with energy.
