This is a nicely illustrated and easy to read biography of Sophie Germain, suitable for readers in the 11-17 year old range. Most of the material is distilled from Germain's major scholarly biography which was published in 1980 and was written for a fairly advanced math-literate readership. No new primary research appears to have been done for this book.
