Testing this oil on only one leg after a long day working outside- this oil works pretty well. I could feel a difference between soreness the next morning (after rubbing on muscle with the oil and rubbing the other without). It smells nice and isn't annoyingly sticky. I would recommend this for those times when you over do it and it hurts to bend some part of you.
