Product is fine but postage is too high,

I ordered 1 lb of Sorghum flour from Barry Farm Foods. The flour is fine and costs $1.99 but the postage cost was $7.50! That is really too much compared to the cost of the product. I think the postage rates should be stated clearly before the product order is confirmed.
