5.0 out of 5 stars This album has it all......, October 30, 2004

These guys really have their stuff together. A mix of Alabama, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the Eagles, there are no pretty boys with sappy voices singing cheesy, hollow songs on this CD. This album is packed full of great musicianship and excellent vocal delivery.
There are a few slower-tempo tracks, such as "Getaway Car", and the ubelievable remake of "Helplessly Hoping", but most of this CD is rockers such as "Southern Peaches" and "Legs for Days".
A few other unique standouts are "In The Morning" with somewhat of a Carribean flavor, and the title track "Sorry 'bout the Mess", which features a very believable vocal performance full of soul. Each song takes on its own personality, and is presented with great energy that seems to spread from the speakers to the listener. Its a "In your face, lets have a good time" attitude, just like hanging out at a bar with your buddies.
Ultimately, I must say this album is very refreshing. Its not about the flash or trying to cut a track that sells, but just good, quality, fun southern rock.

Not a bad track on this one, if you even so much as remotely enjoy country music, give this one a try. I'll gaurantee you'll be singing along within a couple hours of owning it....if you're not, email me and Ill buy it from you, my copy is just about wore out.

My wife and I have gone to see these guys play live several times over the last few years. They are a great live band and we decided to get one of their studio CD's. They have such great harmony and that is evident on several of these tracks. There is a good mix of country sounds throughout. Worth the money.

I have been listening to the Well Hungarians for almost 3 years now. They never cease to amaze me depending on their mood. You never know what you are going to get, but you can bet it will be great! Hope to be hearing from them for a long time to come and I believe I will.
