PSB mix out of this world,
By Tom (Toronto) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Sorry (Audio CD)
I don't know what one of the previous reviewers was listening to, but the PSB mix of Sorry is amazing! It's one of the best Madonna mixes in some time. The Pet Shop Boys ingratiate themselves subtly into the mix, giving the song an 80s feel, and kicking the song into a mix of electro-house. This mix will fill the floors.

AT LAST PET SHOP BOYS AND MADONNA TOGETHER, EXCELLENT!,

This review is from: Sorry (Audio CD)
FOR THE FIRST TIME THE BRITISH DUO PET SHOP BOYS WORK WITH THE QUEEN MADONNA. THE RESULT IS BRILLIANT. THE ADITIONAL CHORUS OF NEIL TENNANT IS GREAT IS THE SECRET INGREDIENT OF THE RECIPE OF MAKING GOOD MUSIC.

Somebody kick Bon Scott in the groin.,
This review is from: Sorry (Audio CD)
Actually, I can't. Why? Because Bon Scott died 26 years ago. No use in kicking a dead guy. Anyway, "Sorry" is now Madonna's 12th UK number one hit. Need I say anything more. No, I don't! Just buy this single.

The number one single in England!!,
By
This review is from: Sorry (Audio CD)
Oh, my goodness! Madonna has done it AGAIN! "Sorry," the second single off her astounding "Confessions on a Dancefloor" album, is now th number one song in the UK. This is so exciting! Did you think Madonna would crumble and disappear? You're WRONG! She's back with a vengeance, and this single proves it!

the long versions of the 2 edits from the US domestic...,
By
This review is from: Sorry (Audio CD)
This is the way to complete your collection of full length mixes. Both remixes are edited on the US domestic single: The full 7 minute and 23 second version of "Sorry" as well as the full 7 minute and 28 second version of "Let It Will Be." Why they felt the need to edit them on the US release is beyond me.

An intense second single,
By juan tovar (Milwaukee, WI United States) - See all my reviews

Madonna's second single from the gay stoner's soundtrack is a perfect tune as the winter snow melts away and dancing in a smoked filled club while the techno bass hits your testicles gives you those 80's flashbacks of dancing at Club Marilyn. Who cares about the American charts, it's all black and white with hip hop and country. If this song doesn't make you dance, then sit down and sniff an ounce of icing sugar and shut the hell up or just stick to the hermit life you are accustomed to. Also, if you don't hear the weeping woman in the background within this whirlwind of a pop song then you haven't been paying too much attention. The only way you should be embarrassed or feel like you are left out as an outcast is when you really truly don't understand the music.

Good Remixes,

This single has the best remixes when you compare it to the other singles on COAD. The Man with a Guitar mix is by far the best remix. The Pet Shop boys remix is good as well.

SORRY RULES, SO SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH! (My message to that "What a ripoff!" guy),
A Kid's Review

Look, people, you take Madonna WAAYY too seriously. Kenny the Eggplant or whatever the hell your name is, shut your damn trap and leave Madonna fans alone! I like Madonna, is that so bad? I think not. To the Christian who stated that he/she will never buy another one of Madonna's products because she was "on the cross" at a concert: it's okay that you're offended; Madonna never should have done that. Write a letter to her expressing your concern. She'll listen. BUT...that's just me. I just thought it was some good advice. Maybe you'll take it, maybe you won't. Anyway, to Madonna-haters (particularly the lovely people at "Flea Dip") (excluding the concerned Christian): Kiss my ass. You people are truly some of the lowest life forms ever to walk the planet. Those comments hurt Madonna fans, I hope you know. Just shut your mouths and enjoy the music. (Your loss, anyway, since you are missing out on some choice tracks.) Thank you. BUY "SORRY" TODAY!

LOVE this maxi!!!,
By CL "hendecam" (New York, NY) - See all my reviews

This maxi-single is MUCH better than Madonna's last one (for Hung Up). The Pet Shop Boys remix is a personal favorite. I highly recommend picking this up if you're into awesome dance mixes of a great song.
