I laughed so hard I cried, and couldn't catch my breath to read excerpts to my husband! Super cute! And it's nice to see my kids aren't the only one's who do most of those things! Well done!

Sorry I Peed on You: (and other Heartwarming Letters to Mommy) by Jeremy Greenburg
* I received a copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review*

Sorry I Peed on you by Jeremy Greenburg was full of letters from infants and toddlers to their moms. The stories were often comical but as you read them, you could see your own child doing exactly the same thing.

I shared the stories with my daughter last night as I reading it and a lot of them are things my granddaughter is doing right now. She's two now and falls right into the age range of the children in the book. The one about the little girl screaming because she didn't want to come in sounded just like Lilly.

I loved the story about the jungle gym complaining it was tired. Lilly thinks her grandpa is her own personal jungle gym and climbs all over him when he comes home from work every night.

The colors on the toilet story scare me because I could so easily imagine her doing exactly the same thing. There are so many other's that we could definitely relate too.

I loved the stories; they were short enough that they were cute without dragging on. The pictures of the children in the book also enhanced the stories. There were some great pictures and the photographers deserve credit for them. The shot of the little girl jumping on the couch in mid jump was awesome.

Overall this was a fun read that I thoroughly enjoyed sharing with my daughter. I give Sorry I Peed on You 4 flaming hearts.

This book is totally true to life! As a mom of three kids, I've experienced most of the moments in this book. I always try to imagine what toddlers are thinking before they have enough words to express themselves, and "Sorry I Peed on You" tells just that. With each picture, I kept saying, "Yes, exactly!" because I've BEEN there, more than once. I chuckled as I read, and remembered a lot of funny moments with my own kids, especially with the Food as Art thing and the My Teacher Is Cooler than You thing (my kindergartener said, "I wish you knew what my teacher knows, Mom"). Great read!

I have 3 kids under 4 and they love to look at the pictures of the kids in the book, as much as I love to read the stories. The author does a great job at summarizing how your child feels through most of the basics of daily life. He can bring a smile to your face during those moments where you think "am I the only one with a child that acts this crazy?". It is nice to know you are not alone. The pictures are priceless.

I think this will make an excellent baby shower gift...let them know early what they have in store for them!

This is a uniquely written book that gives a creative twist to all the joys of parenthood. It is a great conversation piece and always brings a smile to my face...no matter how many times I have read it. We have a copy in our guest bedroom and it is great to hear our friends laugh out loud at all the cute letters that hit close to home. This book will be in our house for many years to come.

Absolutely hysterical!! This book had me laughing out loud almost every page. It is comforting to hear stories of other kids "thinking" the same things as mine. This is a perfect book for parents of toddlers and I can't wait to get it as a gift for some of my friends!

I bought this as a gift for a friend but read through it first. It was good for a quick laugh. Any parent could appreciate the little "letters" in it. Makes a fun addition to a baby shower gift.
