Sought Through Prayer and Meditation by GenoW. with William G. Borchert is a wonderful meditation guide which is setup to use one of the meditations repeatedly for a week, throughout the year. This Wisdom from the Sunday 11th Step Meetings at the wolfe Street Center in Little Rock, AR, is excellent for anyone on the 12 Step program for addicts. Although I am not an addict, I found each of these meditations to be very applicable to any kind of life's stresses and bad habits. The devotions are heart-felt, written from deep experiences, and very helpful for ANYONE. A perfect gift for anyone who is in AA or other addiction therapies.

This little book must be divinely inspired. Whether it is or not, you will be once you begin reading and meditating on this wonderful collection on prayer and meditation. Also, whether or not you are in a twelve-step program, or just want to grow closer to God in your own way, this is the guide that will help you get there.

I've really enjoyed the once a week reading...it asks a question each week to help me practice the principles. I bought 20 more for friends, if that tells you how much I thought it added to my daily living! Hope you enjoy too!

I was gifted this book almost two years ago and it has had a positive impact on my spiritual growtn and understanding. We started an AA 11th Step meeting in Santa Fe using this book and now that I am living in Mexico, a meeting here in La Paz. I have given away several dozen of these books with the prayer that it would do for the other person in recovery what it has done for me and my friends. I recommend it to everyone who seeks to create or improve his or her relationship with a Higher Power and to grow spiritually. This book gives us practical and understandable lessons based on many persons experience working the program of Alcoholics Anonymous.
