This is a great bible for people seeking to know the Lord. Great referances and Bible interpitation sources. Very good for young believers as they develope a closer relationship with the Lord Jesus. Easy to read, understand, and quench the thirst for knowledge. I recommend this Bible highly as a source to the truth we find in knowing God's Word.

I recently took a class that mentioned this particular Bible. After researching I decided to purchase it. I am so glad I did. As a Christian Pshycholgy student, it is so refreshing to easily find "helps" for so many situations we often think God's word doesn't speak to. God cares about everything we do and all our hurts. This Bible has so much of the research done already that it makes the helping minisry easier. Great work!

This is an awesome Bible! Gives great notes and help at different books and is great for any kind of help one might need.

I received the Soul Care Bible as a Christmas gift from my wife. I started my annual Bible-in-a-year January 1st, and have truly been blessed. I have primarily read the KJV for the last two decades and had never read the NKJV. I am pleased with this version. I do not feel as though I have to "relearn" Scripture verses. The additional Soul Care notes are concise and full of invaluable insight in aiding the counselor, professional and layperson alike. They writers do a wonderful job in their expounding upon Scripture, current problems we face today, and the applicability of God's timelessness. Additionally, I am grateful for the subscript notes which clarify hebraic and greek words, as well as stating minor differences in phrasing between Masoretic, Septuagint, Latin Vulgate, and Syriac texts. I will treasure this Bible all my days and see it as an exceptional tool in ministry. This Bible would be a great gift for any Counselor/Therapist or Pastor/Elder who has a heart to assist The Comforter in comforting a broken people.

This is a great bible! Dr. Clinton is a instructor at my on-line university (liberty University) and his insight in Christian counseling is stellar! This bible gives you wonderful insight on the plight of the Christian today. A must for anyone that is serious about Christian counseling, and a need to know Jesus

Many well-known Christian counselors have added short summeries on important topics to aid counselors as they work with their counselees.

I do not agree with everything that is generally accepted by Biblical minds. So, I found the references status quo. I think I like the Life Application Bible better
