Taylor is Soul Dancing,
By Roberta Hotard "Mrs. H" (Somewhere here, Florida) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Soul Dancing (Audio CD)
What a great cd. I purchased this and listened to it for 9 hours straight over and over driving back from the Christmas Holidays to Florida. It was put together with such power of class. Taylor Dayne was and still is a voice from my past and through my future. Features the songs Soul Dancing, Dont Rush Me, I'll Always Love you, I'll Wait, Shelter, Send Me A Lover, Prove Your Love, How Can You Mend A broken Heart, Cant Get Enough, Tell It To My Heart and my favorite of all time : Love Will Lead You Back .

So far the best Taylor album,
By Sinitta (Germany) - See all my reviews

If you only know Taylor as a dance diva - this album is Taylor as asouldiva. She covers Barry White's "Can't get enough of your love" and other singles were "I'll wait" and "Say a prayer". If you do not know Taylor at all: Anastacia is pretty much like a Taylor double - just that I (and many others) like Taylor more, so you cannot really compare them :) This album has beautiful ballads like "If you were mine" and "The door to your heart". Taylor's voice is amazing ! Rumours say that she works on a new studio album. That would be great

Who else could cover the classic Barry White tune, "Can't Get Enough of Your Love" with such power and soul? Only Taylor can bring that disco gem into the 90's and give it new life. This fine collection of catchy, feel-good, pop songs showcases the vocal prowess of the music industry's most unappreciated and under-rated artist. She soars on the Diane Warren penned "Dance With A Stranger", which challenges the soul and range of former label-mate Whitney Houston. There are house-influenced dance tracks as well as sophisticated ballads in this excellent third effort. Any lover of great voices should pick up this magnificent CD.
