This book is a little hard to understand at first. Part of the way through, it explains why. It wants to bypass our brain and get to other parts of our consciousness. So hang in there and don't give up. It's worth it. I'm a Spiritualist and it presented several concepts for me that have been extremely helpful in living spirituality, and putting into words what I am feeling. It's a must read for those who know they are on a spiritual path.
