Initially, I started with Ceremony of the Cave, and then went to the Soul of Gratitude, and finally the Healing Light; the quality of these CDs is flawless and orchestrated beautifully. Before bedtime, I listen to one so that I can unwind and get rid of any nagging thoughts that keep me from sleeping. Jan's voice is soothing, reassuring, and so relaxing that I easily go into trance and fall asleep while the CD continues on. Without having to 'think' about it, I notice throughout the day that comforting thoughts and hidden strengths seem to emerge when I need them. For those who want to tap their inner resources, I suggest trying this method of guided imagery.

This wonderful journey took me to a beautiful spiritual place where I felt completely peaceful and centered. It helped me to open my heart and feel a very strong sense of gratitude toward everything in my life. I have taken many journeys and each time, I have been surrounded by beautiful lakes, mountains and fields of wildflowers, places I have only dreamed of going. The journeys have given me a peaceful place to return to, no matter where I am.

Dr. Berlin's voice is extremely soothing, relaxing and very comforting. This CD has become part of my weekly routine. The Soul of Gratitude is a gift that has brought me an abundance of tranquility and has helped me to change my perspective in life. It is a gift that I will share with all of my friends and family.

Definitely treat yourself to this voyage. Follow Jan Berlin's voice on a journey of beauty, awareness and appreciation. You do indeed feel refreshed and relaxed with gifts from the unconscious to guide your everyday life. I liked the opening description of what visualization is--it was to the point and a good explanation of what follows. I highly recommend this CD!!

The intro/format was helpful. The CD is relaxing. A good way to take a break from all the mind chatter with life's fast pace. I didn't have the truly enlightening experience some have had...maybe that comes with time and practice? Still a good investment and a good way to relax for 1/2 hr.!

I was disappointed in this CD. I was hoping it would be a CD to I would refer to and listen to over and over again. I was wrong. Once I listened to it, I have not wanted to go back over it again.
