I didn't think this CD could possibly top Deepak Chopra's Soul of Healing Meditation CD, but it does. I've been listening to this CD when I walk around Lake Merritt during the past couple of months and I'm still not sick of it!! I always find it incredibly relaxing, healing, and thought-provoking. Sometimes I even listen to it when not exercising if I just need to calm down. The background music from Adam Plack is lovely. The affirmations, A-Z, are not at all typical. They seems to draw from many spiritual traditions (there is even a "guided prayer") and express many of the things I intuitively know, but can't put into words. After listening to it, my blood pressure goes down about 20 points and I feel a higher level of consciousness (at least temporarily)! I highly recommend this CD for those who find it difficult to slow down and go inside themselves.

Excellent for positive thoughts and feelings within oneself. Music is very calming and relaxing which creates a reflective period after each affirmation.

I am a big fan of affirmations. We so constantly do the opposite. This is the affirmation cd to have in my opinion. I love the depth of Deepak Chopra's voice and the affirmations he has created are food for the soul. A wonderful investment.

Deepak as always delivers deep wisdom in an easily assimilable form. I like all the recordings but think they are too short or perhaps there could be more music in between - as the affirmations jump from one to another subject every three minutes.

I've been reading and listening to Dr. Chopra's work for years and years. "The Soul Of Healing Affirmations A-Z Guide To Reprogramming The Software of The Soul" is wonderful. I highly recommend working with these affirmations daily. It is however, only for those that are sincerely wanting to continue evolving towards their Higher Spiritual Self.

This audio program has been a life-saver for me!! I recently lost both my parents, within 1 month of each other, and listening to Deepak every evening as I cried myself to sleep was my salvation. This program gave me such a sense of calm and centeredness that I am forever changed. I keep the intentions cards on my desk and focus on a new one each day, so 28 tracks takes you through a months cycle. I would recommend it to everyone!

I have been using these affirmations for about a week now and could not be happier with them! I am new to any sort of guided meditations, but these are phenominal. I listen to several each morning, depending on how I feel, and several more throughout the day. I am very impressed! I highly reccomend this CD! I put it on my ipod so I can use it when I want/need to!

This CD is worthless. To be effective, affirmations should be positive. This CD contains negative statements. Affirmations should be present tense. This CD contains affirmations that are not present tense. Affirmations should be clear and understandable. This CD contains affirmations that are mystical and ambiguous. The speaker goes from one affirmation to another without pause. Thus, the listener has no time to think about or repeat the affirmations. Stay away from this CD.

At first I didn't understand how to use these meditations and affirmations, but now I use them as a way to go to sleep and that is very helpful because I go to sleep with pleasant, affirming thoughts and they seep into my waking and dreaming life. I especially like "Love" and "Judge Not Today." I recommend these for someone beginning to explore spirituality and looking for a nice way to take care of themselves spiritually and emotionally. A few don't make sense to me, like "intention"; it seems self-contradictory. But overall they are very wise and helpful to my growth.
