This is another wonderful work by psychic author and teacher Sonia Choquette about learning to use your creative power to manifest, and working with Divine Law so that we may "become living expressions of Divinity".

This is the kind of book that you will buy for your friends, but you'll always hang on to your own copy. The reason being, the guidance and inspiration it offers it applies to every stage of spiritual and intuitive journey. The format of the book makes it incredibly easy to relate to and actually apply to your life, no matter if you're a beginner on the path, or spiritually advanced.

The format of the book is:

First, "The Soul Lesson" -- this is the "lecture" part of the teaching.

Secondly, following and interspersed in the teachings are Sonia's personal experiences with family, friends and her clients as parables to illustrate the lesson and written in italics to offset the different voices. Sonia is refreshingly honest about her own journey, and where she feels she needs to be more diligent in her own soul work. She's one of us.

Third, we're offered ways to discern where we are on the path with regard to that particular soul lesson. We're given examples to help us understand if we're beginners on the path ("Student"); the intermediate ("Apprentice"); advanced students ("Journeyman") or in the final stages of our path ("On Your Way to Mastering".)

Fourth, depending on the above, we're given practical "homework" for ways to apply the lesson in our lives.

Each chapter is ended with the Soul Lesson, and a statement proclaiming the Soul Purpose of that lesson.

This book mingles the metaphysical laws of manifesting, with the element of divinity, spiritual growth and a deeper purpose for manifesting.

Seekers and who find that other materials on the Law of Attraction come up short with regard to their spiritual path, or why to manifest in the first place, will be very happy to add "Soul Lessons and Soul Purpose" to their permanent library.

Three weeks ago I attended Sonya's Soul Purpose 3 day workshop and as she promised, I really do feel that my vibration has been elevated and I know it isn't a "temporary" high from the workshop. This book that comes from the Emissaries of the Third Ray mentions many of the ideas she presented in the workshop. As another reviewer mentioned, they offer practical guidance with each soul lesson on how to "work" on it. "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear". It is a wonderful reference book to have to keep you in check - you will read it many times and certain pieces will click when you need it and are ready. This book is for anyone seeking a higher awareness in our day to day lives. I have read most all of Sonia Choquette's books and she definitely left me inspired yet again. I love the way that each soul lesson is laid out with real life stories and how you can grow on your own journey no matter where you might be at this moment.This book is practical and applicable to day to day life. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is really looking for their soul's purpose and recommend trying the exercises she advises at the end of each chapter. These divine reminders are sure to change your perspective of your days immediately for the better.

I've read many, many spiritual books and teachings. This book is truly a crown of knowledge and the true essence of the prosperity of our Soul. If you need guidance as to why you are here,no matter what religion you may be from, do not hesitate to buy the book. Especially, if you are new to this. As I did, I know you will literaly sense a higher energy, Divine connection and vibration each time you read the book. For those of us who are already "spiritually informed", and have read other similar books, many of these concepts you may have heard; however, we all know that we respond differently to different representations of the same lessons and knowledge and as spiritual educators and learners we know that we learn not via one format, delivery method or voice, but through multiple ways over time in order to fully reach our highest understanding and most importantly application. So, for anyone who rates this book less favorably and claims they read and understand the lessons and the book is nothing new really need to change the perception that we are not only reviewing an author, but a higher source where this work came from. It's easy to rate with our intellect, but when we rate with our soul and spirit our perception of author' work of this type changes. As the book states, our soul's purpose is to serve humanity in our own special way and that inlcludes embracing every format in which God delivers messages to us time and time again...In a nut shell...support each others soul's work and contribute to a better Divine Universe by recommending this book regardless of level or familarity of concepts. I've decided to give away 22 books in gratitude for each lesson. Read the book with an open heart and don't take someone elses joy of receiving inspirational messages away, no matter how many inspirational books you've read. We can never have enough messages of Love.

Since reading this book and putting many of the suggestions into practice, a series of magical events has started to occur in my life, and my spiritual self has been completely renewed and inspired!

I recommend this easy-to-read text (and the accompanying oracle cards) to anyone looking for guidance and a clearer view of the "big picture." Sonia's "Ask Your Guides" is also very enlightening, and I felt it was the perfect next-step after finishing Soul Lessons.

If you want a charmed life, buy these books and DO THE WORK! You will be greatly rewarded!

I have read several of Sonia's books. I have also been fortunate enough to see Sonia at Louis Hay's , I Can Do It conference, and attended the "Translucent You Retreat" that Sonia and her sister have in Kauai twice a year. The book and Sonia are amazing. She bears her soul in this book expressing vulnerability that makes you realize that we are not perfect. This book is The Secret, Abraham and Hick's teachings, and many other famous fabulous teachers rolled into one. Sonia presents the way to live in life in laymen's terms. It is an easy read and life altering. I recommend reading and re-reading the book!

The brilliance of this book is the simplicity and elegance of the concepts it presents and its structure.

This guidebook for the spirit has 22 "soul lessons" that direct the reader towards higher levels of experiencing themselves and their lives. For example, "Address your Mistakes" is one of the concepts shown that at once seems so simple - of course, you're a spiritual person and you're always willing to scrutinize yourself - but Choquette comes at the concept from such a high, discerning level that you come to see it from an expanded viewpoint that shifts you into greater awareness. Its the power of the book that it is not an only intellectual endeavor but a cell-rearranging journey.

Another fantastic feature of the book is the concise guide at the end of each chapter that allows the reader to guage where they are at in relation to embracing the lesson: student, apprentice, journeyman or master. She then offers practical tools, suggestions and tips to assist you to progress in your understanding of these powerful truths.

This is channeled material so I am loathe to admit my favorite bits are the day-to-day personal stories out of Choquette's life that are the most fascinating and entertaining. But they are! They are the slices of life where you get a chance to hear about others pitfalls, blindspots or challenges and connect in an emotional way. These stories are very moving and healing. I've wept reading this book, the amazing snapshots of others lives really are amazing.

Once again Sonia Choquette has gifted us with her unique insights into spiritual growth. This book is an easy read, yet carries a profound message. Each chapter is a lesson. I am now on my second reading of the book; putting the lessons into practice. I have recommended this book to everyone I know.

In the genre of "How to Manifest your Desires", this book provides more specific direction than either The Secret or the Abraham Hicks books The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham. Sonia's inserted examples between the channeled material are quite useful and help the flow of the book. Although I found that I was either a journeyman or mastering all 22 of the lessons, it still took me over a week to read the book. Taking in about 3 lessons per day is max if you really want to study and apply the material. Thank you Sonia, for channeling this book - now get some rest!

I thought this book was wonderful, it gave an idea of where you might be on your soul lessons and purpose, I liked that the book gave you tools you could use to help you along your soul lesson way.
