Positive and Powerful!
I read this book when it first came out and have recommended it to dozens of physicians of all ages--those just entering the profession, and those established physicians wanting to reinvent themselves. "Soul of the Physician" gives you a better understanding of how health care professionals can overcome burnout to creatively change the health care environment.

Disappointing
This book really doesn't work. The anecdotes just don't work and read more like a bad form of pr for doctors.
