Soul Snatcher by Camarin Grae
'Two Women - identical in appearance. Meredith Landor - vibrantly alive, self-confident. Sharla Jergens - troubled, fearful, alienated, alone.
Who is this woman? How could we look so alike? Even her next door neighbor can't tell us apart. Who is she?
Sharla's wish to explore the life of Meredith Landor was growing from a curiosity-inspired desire to an impelling need.
It must be destiny, Sharla thought. The more I learn about her, the more her life is mine. She stole my soul and I want it back. I tasted hers, now I want it all.' (Summary on back cover.)
Camarin Grae (Marian Grace) writes a spell-binding tale of mental instability, of Sharla's slow decline into the irrational pursuit of a different self. I loved this book and as in all Grae's books, her topic is explored so well that even the incredulous is made credulous. She writes her characters with such depth I know them better than my best friend. You can't go wrong with a Camarin Grae novel. They are all keepers.
**Remember - if you want your favorite authors to keep writing they have to be able to earn a living doing it, so, if possible, buy the book NEW to provide the author with royalties. If you're not going to keep it in your collection put it in the recycle bin to make another book.**

What is the tie between Meredith, vibrant, attractive, sure of herself, and Sharla, whose lonely world holds no assurances? Why do they look alike, and why does this resemblance lure Sharla into Meredith's life and world?
