5.0 out of 5 stars Soul Temptation is smooth jazz at its best, December 2, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Soul Temptation (Audio CD)
Bryan Savage plays some great sax and flute on this smooth jazz album. It contains some very catchy numbers that Higher Octave refers to as "funky", but whatever you call it, it is fun listening. It is one CD that I never get tired of because it is an interesting mix of songs, moods, and rhythms. Not to mention the fact that Savage is one very talented horn player.

It's sexy, fun and relaxing all rolled into one. You will find yourself playing this CD over and over again!

His use of sax and the flute are tremendous, he knows how to get to the heart of his music.

5.0 out of 5 stars An instant favorite!, October 28, 1999

What do you get when you combine the talent of Rick Braun with the sax and flute mastery of Bryan Savage? A CD sure to become one of your all time favorites. The title track is seductive yet soothing. "River of Dreams" falls into the same category. Bryan's performance on the flute on "Mulholland Drive" is nothing short of superb. There is not one song on this album I did not thoroughly enjoy. A must have CD.

Bryan Savage showcases his talented, saxopnone artistry on the title track, as well as on "Mulholland Drive", "River of Dreams", and "Kaleidoscope". A smooth collection of great musical hits destined to become classics! The music to come home to...encore!

Mellow but with a lot of drive. Reflective but not without a pulse. Very sensual. It has been played on Weather channel and Cool Jazz Station in Phoenix , AZ.
