Listening to this CD brought back all of the best memories from a time when the grooves were jumping, the bass was thumping, and everyone could get out and dance to their hearts content. This CD is one of the best compilations of R&B anywhere, with unbelievable sound quality on some of the best classics around. Frankly I don't remember these songs sounding this good back in 1970! Every track is a genuine hit, from start to finish, making this CD arguably the best of the best from 1970. To listen to these great artists at their prime is a delightful treat that just can't be duplicated. No R&B collection would be complete without these timeless gems that shine as brightly today as they did 30 years ago. This CD is a remarkable part of an extraordinary soul train collection. The only thing better than owning this CD is owning the entire collection. My advice: buy it now and share it with someone you love tonight!
