I keep this book on my living room table and whenever I'm feeling unsteady, I open to one of its poems and it's like a soft hand of encouragement on my shoulder. The photography is stunning and inspires me to keep pursuing my goals. I've seen the author speak. And her story is so many of our stories - a career woman who needed her own inspiration. So she wrote and photographed. We should all follow our passions with such devotion.

I received Soul Work: Excerpts From My Journey as a gift and it immediately lifted my spirits. I believe this inspiring coffee table book should be given to anybody as a gift for any occasion. Beautiful and inspirational!

I love how Jan carries us along as she travels the globe. Her words of inspiration, partnered with poignant personal photos, are the perfect combination. This is an excellent book to read from cover to cover when curled up with a soothing cup of tea. The reader will also enjoy perusing pages randomly just because it feels good to the soul.

Soul Work; Excerpts from My Journey, is a wonderful adventure through words and amazing pictures. The author shares her travels and thoughts in the book. It makes a great coffee table book. Nice gift to give for Mothers Day.
