I love the Myers-Briggs personality theory. This book gives you in-depth information about it, and it teaches you the theory from the very beginning in a really well-thought-out way. It's an excellent book- one of the best I've found. You will learn SO MUCH about yourself and your loved ones from this book! It really helps you to understand people. It also goes into the kind of thinking the different types may be prone to in hard times and how to help them to avoid self-defeating kind of behavior. It's fascinating.

Many people think they aren't or can't be spiritual because they have been told by one or another "spiritual expert" that there is only one kind of spirituality. This book is good news for those who are looking for a spirituality that fits their personality type. There is lots of information in this book. But the best part of the book is the introduction that makes the argument that everyone has a unique spiritual path. There is no single way to be spiritual.

I found this very helpful in helping parishioners find spiritual discipline that fits them. I recommend this to pastors and small group leaders.

I refer to this book often, both for myself and for people with whom I want to connect. It gives great descriptions, ideas for growth, and comfortable ways to worship for every Type of person. A great match up of personality Type and spirituality.

Well written, but very technical and complex according to personality types. More of a reference book for corporate types using Myers-Briggs Personality assessment. Not exactly bedside reading.:)
