Sandra Krebs Hirsh is a recognized international authority on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™. She heads an organizational consulting firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Jane A.G. Kise, Ed. D., is a management consultant, specializing in team building, strategic planning, and school staff development. She is also the coauthor of over a dozen books, including Work it Out: Clues To Solving People Problems at Work, Using the MBTI Tool in Organizations, and Introduction to Type and Coaching. She holds an MBA in finance from the Carlson School of Management and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Kise and her family reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I love the Myers-Briggs personality theory. This book gives you in-depth information about it, and it teaches you the theory from the very beginning in a really well-thought-out way. It's an excellent book- one of the best I've found. You will learn SO MUCH about yourself and your loved ones from this book! It really helps you to understand people. It also goes into the kind of thinking the different types may be prone to in hard times and how to help them to avoid self-defeating kind of behavior. It's fascinating.

Well written, but very technical and complex according to personality types. More of a reference book for corporate types using Myers-Briggs Personality assessment. Not exactly bedside reading.:)
