5.0 out of 5 stars another five star? no way.., December 13, 2007
This review is from: Sound Catcher (Audio CD)
i think my last 5 star review was in 2004... and that was by my favorite artist. so this one has got to be special, considering im not the biggest vadim fan.

this is such an intertaining album, espcially if you like live music. if you didn't get a chance to see him on tour for the soundcatcher album, thats too bad cuz it was a great performance. but thats okay, cuz you can still listen to this album.

its definately a feel good, more up-tempo album with a few touchy tracks that almost pull tears theyre so mindblowing. he's changed his style quite a bit from his previous albums, so if youre not a fan of his previous work, this is still definately worth it...

get some feel of reggae, dub, jazz, blues, soul, hip-hop, and every style of music, with some good guest vocalists and MCs, definately a sound comin from all over the world... this album will definately get you up and dancin'. aside from the jammin' tracks there are few very beautiful tracks that are more downtempo that will pinch a certain nerve that will make you fall in love with this album. as well, the guest MC's and lyrics are well thought out, conscious, and clever compared to most hip pop nonsence you hear these days.

great work vadim! thanks for a classic record that will live on; even as music evolves i doubt this will ever be outdated.

I cannot stop playing this CD. Nice blend of solid head nodding beats with ragga chats and soulful female vocals. Favourite tracks are 2,7,9 and 10. Buy it today!!

Another great effort by Dj Vadim. The next-level hiphop/dancehall music is executed seamlessly here. It's a no brainer. Definately a fresh breath of air.

I just got this album yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised by what I heard. I've made a point of collecting Vadim's music, and by far this his best release. The beats are focused, both stylistically and technically better than his prior works. Out of the entire CD I only heard one track I'd skip by.

Definitely by this album, especially if you were impressed by Vadim's production for One Self's latest CD- you will be blown away by the music.
