All the sound effects sound the same. The sound quality is poor. Seems like a low budget project.

This review applies to CD number 9 60733-2. The only date I can see is 1987, but Amazon didn't have one with that date. The cover image is the same. You might ask the CD seller how many sound effects are on the CD they have for sale.

This is a good sound fx CD. You can play it in your car, home stereo, computer, and so on. It took a little while to ship to me, but the CD was in good condition.

Heh...seems like the other reviews for this album are reviewing some other record because this is not a CD containing "sound effects". Perhaps there is another album with a similar title and somebody got confused. Anyway this is The UgLy...a psychobilly thrash band from Chicago. I think these guys may be the first to mix psychobilly with thrash and it WORKS! Throw in some elements of horror rock and good ol' hardcore punk and you have yourself one hectic mixup for a Saturday night. Don't miss these guys live either...you're guaranteed to have nightmares that night!

This is a CD of sound effects. The effects are in stereo. Most of the effects are very well done. It's pretty boring listening to a sound effects CD, though. But if you need sound effects, for some reason, here they are.

i thought i'd mention that John Lennon used this CD for part of Revolution #9, a sound collage that was on The Beatles White Album
