Firstly, I assumed it would be an instructive CD but it wasn't. Secondly, the music itself was upbeat but certainly not what I would have thought would have been on a fitness CD. But mostly, I found track number 8 to be very offensive. To put something of that vulgarity on a CD, particularly an exercise one that even young people might buy, is quite objectionable. It should have been somehow rated with that kind of language.

Track 8 is absolutely inappropriate for group fitness, unless you teach aerobics in an all-male prison. By and large, I do not find this selection of music to be useful for most Spinning profiles.
