These earphones have incredible clarity and range for inexpensive earphones. I have a wide range of music tastes and I am amazed sometimes at my ability to hear instruments that I haven't heard before in songs I've been listening to for years...the clarity is that good.

The comfort is also exceptional. I like the noise isolating aspect combined with the traditional style of earphone because my first pair of in-ear earphones would fall out routinely. These don't budge, even when I'm working out. They also come with 3 sizes of buds so you can choose the best fit. Oddly, I use two different sizes so it's nice to have the availability sizes...I guess my ears aren't the same size inside!

I think you'll like these earphones. For the money, I call them a bargain!!

The sound is great (very clear, the bassline is natural), noise reduction is perfect, very comfortable. I tried a few brands but this one is the best so far for the price! I used them for every day and running\exercising (they don't fall out). Why the 3* you ask? Well, today my SECOND pair is going to the bin. The ear buds extremely fragile and brake very easily. The first pair made it to 4 months and then the left earbud stopped working. The second pair held it for 3 months then the right bud just fell off!

Like many of you, I have struggled to find sport earbuds that do what they are supposed to do. I have purchased several different ones and have always been disappointed: they sound lousy, or they won't stay in during exercise, or if they do stay in, they hurt your poor ear canals.

These are fantastic! Three different, and easily interchangeable, sizes guarantee a snug and comfortable fit for anyone. They stay in securely during running or cycling, and they do NOT hurt your ears. As a bonus, they sound far more expensive than they are. I am a fanatical audiophile with a $5k stereo in my car. Truly, I was impressed by the expansive sound and decent bass frequencies.

If you need earbuds for excercise, trust me, these are the ones you want. And by the way, this is the first and only review I have ever posted on Amazon.

Initially I had very poor sound quality with these earphones. I contacted Earphones Plus and they told me to try the larger ear cushion as the earphones must fit tightly in the ear canal. Now the sound is excellent! I recomment these earphones for both the sound quality and comfort.

Customer support from Earphones Plus is also excellent!

Bought a new ipod nano 5th gen. and we all know how bad their standard earbuds are. So, I searched for another set. My second purchase was some cheapo earbuds from buy.com that had a high rating. They were horrible. I spent the majority of my time at the gym pushing them back into my ears. They kept falling out, didn't block out any background noise..in all, just horrible.

So, I searched Amazon to see what I could locate. After a few days I decided on the GMS-104. I read reviews here as well as on some other sites. The price was right (maybe some free shipping would be nice) so I decided to go for it. I am glad I did!

These things fit your ear like gloves to a hand. They are snug, comfortable, have excellent sound output and seem pretty durable. I have done some pretty serious cardio work out and these things stay put. Also, they are great at blocking out any other sounds so that it does not interfere with my music.

Very happy with my purchase. Hope this review helps you make nice choice. If anything goes wrong with them, I will make sure and update, but for now, I'm a happy camper!!

I bought these for my husband in June, and here we are in December and he needs another pair already. He doesn't use them every day but does use them frequently at work and does take good care of them. To not even get 6 months out of them seems like very poor durability.

I've only had these for a week, so I can't attest to their long-term durability.

They sound very good right out of the box...I have not yet played them at 3/4 volume for 8hrs for the 'burn in' period as recommended. I intend to do that soon, but they already sound great, so I'm in no hurry. They block out sound well, but don't completely eliminate sound. While it is faint, I can hear traffic if I'm running next to a road (which is a good thing)...for me, it allows just enough ambient sound in. I could probably eliminate more sound if I used the larger buds that came in the package.

I can't believe how well they stay in place! I went trail running ~6 miles on hilly terrain with intervals of speed. I ran a mile to a nearby track, jumped a fence, ran a 5k on the track to calibrate my nike+, jumped the fence again, and ran a mile home. I never took the buds out of my ears, nor did I have to adjust them. They stayed in my ear without budging despite the fence jumping, etc. I also did a 6 mile road run through subdivisions and across a major road. I checked over my shoulder a number of times before crossing streets. Again, even the pull created by turning my head a good amount did not budge them...a movement that would always pop out the standard buds that came with my ipod.

And, I've had no discomfort. I love running with these!

I normally never bother reviewing electronics, but I am amazed how much better the sound is from my ipod nano with these earphones than with the stock ipod earphones I had been using. They are a little weird to get used to--there is a smaller circle that fits very snugly into your ear and then the standard larger ear bug. But the sound is far superior. If you are a novice with earphones, I think you'll be very pleased.

After using the iPod basic headset and the iPod in-ear headset with remote, I realized how poor the sound quality of iPod headsets in general are. With this pair, I am very happy with the sound quality, but I realized that what really contributes to its performance is also the fit in the ears. The iPod in-ear headset (ear plugs) don't stay firmly inside the ear, but with these, I don't even have the sensation that they are slipping out. There is a fundmental difference in the design. On the down side, I wish the cord were a little thicker and would not crease(?) easily. It makes them them look cheap. Finally, I don't recommend the model with the black rubber ear plugs, because they can look untidy quite easily, especially if you have oily skin or have occasional ear wax (sorry for being so descriptive). Try the ones with white or transparent ear pieces.

I hate cords on headphones but, after trying really hard to like my stereo Bluetooth, I went back to these. The Bluetooth required large amounts of pressure to set into my little ear canals (even with the small tips), and kept falling out. Other corded earbuds and earphones always fall out. These just kind of sit in the right place and, as a result, the sound runs circles around the alternatives. To top if off, these let your ears breathe (little), and don't jam the wax in (I have seen many people with ear infections wax impactions due to earbuds). I am pleased! Only thing that came close to these was a white behind-the-head earbud unit that I can't find at the moment...
