Cashma Hoody (also known as The "Hoodys" by their adoring fans) has been dubbed (no pun intended) by international press as a "professional cult band" and has performed as the opening act for Bob Marley's Wailers as well as for Patrice and most recently UB40.

Cashma Hoody experiments with reggae and seamlessly integrates atmospheric dub, hard dancehall beats, pumping percussion, as well as oriental elements into their sound. All this is originally mixed due to the dedication of sound specialist Dshin-Dra, aka Steffen Gindra.
