these are beats. Theyre not extremely complex, but not so simple that you get bored, but they are still beats. If you are a fan of Daedelus' work i would consider this a natural extension. It's not beats the way Madlib makes beats, these are far more natural and to me, entertaining. At first i was bored with the album, but after one listen all the way through i have been listening to it quite a bit. I recommend "One In An Infinity Of Ways" as well as this album, but i would definitely pick up this one first. Relaxing, melodic, and interesting.. pick it up if you know whats good for you
