At first, I just left it on my desk... waiting for the right moment to open it and listen to it. I had just received another CD-- that I wasnt too crazy about. It wasn't what I expected.,. so I thought, maybe this one would be the same.. BUT on one fateful morning.. I went to do my regular morning meditation.. and decided let me see how this sounds.. AND was sooo moved. MY SESSION had never been more lifted than that morning I first played the CD. It carries you to another level... and every day since.. I reach higher altitudes. My whole disposition is transformed for the rest of the day. I feel it truly came to me, as a blessing in disguise. I'm truly happy with this CD.. and would recommend it to anyone, who is trying to reach a higher level of spiritual awakening. It will GET YOU THERE! I love the heart beat one!

I purchased this book/CD two years before I actually opened and listened to it. After experiencing the uplifting practices within, I purchased copies for friends on the same spiritual path as we are all studying OM this year at the direction of our teacher.

Usually I just listen ... track 1 is my favorite, and I sometimes let it play all night long ... and let the sound vibration of OM go straight into my heart.
