This is another brilliant Alan Lomax collection of roots music. These are obviously early recordings put on reel to reel wherever the artists were located. This is a truly great resource and is quite enjoyable to boot. However, the prices asked for this four disk set ($175 used in 2011) is simply not worth the money for the regular buyer.

Moby uses "Green Sally Up" for Flower on Play: The B-sides, he uses "Joe Lee's Rock" for Find My Baby on Play, he uses "Sometimes" for Honey on Play, he uses "Trouble So Hard" for Natual Blues, "Love Rock"(not on this cd) for Bodyrock, and "Run On For A Long Time" for Run On.How ironic.
