Low end DVD player,

I had this player installed in my minivan for only a few days before I realized that I had a dud. It continually had to be reset just to allow it to play a movie, and it didn't recognize all formats of movies. Some DVDs just wouldn't play at all, while others would play the video okay but wouldn't play the audio. In short, this player was a waste of money for me. In talking to professional auto AV folks, they indicated that this didn't surprise them either since Soundstorm is not a top name brand.
