I'm a fan by Jose and i have all his albums and cds in spanish and english, and this new album are incredible, he's a genius the best latin guitarrist, beautiful songs by the heart of the best musician JOSE FELICIANO........

Really, I waiting to hear the "my" true Jose after 2 decades of his only latin albums... Not because those album are not a true side of Jose, but because My Jose is what I knew from his internationals english 60s and 70s funky soul pop album "a-la-only-Jose-can-do", and this "Soundtrax Of My Life" is this! Jose return to put his special soul, voice and guitar with latin influence to many type of music, in any song You can hear a diifferent Jose and again his unique guitar-touch (I think He's the most incredible guitarist of this world). Great this new Album, hope for this any accolade how deserve and hope record companies, radios and music-magazines help it.
A particular mention to "Face The Music", "Dancin Romancin', "I Know" and for "killing's not the answer": a song then hope someone in actual administration must hear when decided a war against a people.

If this album doesn't rise to be #1, it will only be because enough people have not listened to it yet. This album is fabulous. I haven't listened to him since the late 1960's. What a pleasant surprise!

I became familiar with it when I saw it listed as a new release on Napster. I am a monthly subscriber. I thought I will listen to it, but I probably won't like it. It was so good that I went out and bought the album at a bookstore because I didn't want it to have a single flaw. The guitar is unbelievable! I was surprised to find the album in the Latin section of the store because it doesn't sound "Latin" at all to me.

If you liked him in the 1960's-1970's, you will love him now. It reminded me of the time when I bought a Santana album before it became a hit. It wasn't a surprise when it became a hit, and it won't be a surprise to me now if the samething happens to this album. Please buy his album so he is inspired to make similar albums. P.S.-Would make a great Valentine's gift, guys!

What a great surprise to get this CD and play it! Jose' has outdone himself on this one. He shows what a true genius he is...he wrote all the songs and plays and sings on all the songs. It reveals what Jose is all about...from tender ballads, to hot rock and roll and humanitarian concern for the world.

This album will certainly please all true Feliciano Aficionados as it returns to Jose's roots...love songs, magnificent guitar work, and superb rock and roll (move over Santana!) He is willing to show what makes him tick on this album and bares his soul

In recent years, the focus has been on Jose's Latin albums, but now, we are presented with this wonderful English album to dig your teeth into with gusto. Jose' packs a lot of work into this CD with an incredible 17 tracks. There is bound to be something for everyone on it...from tender love songs, to rhythmic dancing tunes, and of course,mind- blowing instrumentals that show what a genius Jose' really is.

Our fervent hope is that the word will get out about this album and it will be picked up by the right people to make it heard by the masses.

Jose has more than paid his dues in his long career; now it is time for us to pay him back.

What a dreadful album. After 10 to 23, this album does not deserve air time.

I'm a huge fan of this talented musician, enjoying both his vocal and instrumental renditions. I must say that I expected more from this CD than it delivered. As I moved through the tracks, I kept expecting to hit on a "Light My Fire" or an instrumental equivalent of "Yesterday." The music is "listenable" but not inspiring. I still hope this venerable musician has one or two more uplifting CDs left in him!
