If you're looking for something to satisfy even the pickiest music connoisseur, this is definitely the album for you. A very eclectic mix of beautiful beats and acid jazz instrumentation laced with hip hop. Bob your head to it or lay back and absorb it... either way it's bound to stimulate you.

This GB woman is incredible. her music has made me a fan of what i would normally not listen to. i bought the ablum for its beutiful cover (Spacek), but when i heard the music, i fell in love. The mezmarizing sounds of Black Monolith made me realiize what the essence of GB is. the overall composition of the album is amazing, the diersity between songs keeps the listener captivated. There are no dull moments in this album. Truly a dancefloor heater from begining to end.

for music lovers, specially of soul and electronica, this album has given me so much inspiration this last week, that i felt compelled to write about it. all of the music is so soothing and the vocals of steve spacek are truly amazing! thank you gb for giving the world so much love...

i just picked up this record and was amazed by its beauty... this music has a future soul vibe, and the joy jones track is beautiful. thanks for making my day better... :)

an entirely beautiful cd/lp... that i originally purchased as a 2x12" vinyl. this work contains one of my all time favorite broken beat trax "After All", with the delicious vocal talent of Joy Jones.
i liked it so much i bought the digital version (16bit 44.1KHz) to be able to reconstruct/extend this trak to a 4'50" dj friendly version for my own lounge sessions.
other tracks that should be highlighted "A Funky Afro Rican Weekend" & "Love Song For Strings, Electric Piano, And Sequencing Software"

I bought this CD because I liked one of the songs I heard while streaming SomaFM. It isn't bad, but it isn't part of my rotation.

I read the reviews and I decided to give Sunrise a try. I was not let down. Thank you! I widen my taste in good music.
