I love the way the narrator brings the story to life. Norman Dietz is great - check out all of the Soup books, you won't be disappointed!

Soup sizzles!,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Soup in Love (Audio Cassette)
I want you to read this fantastic book called Soup in Love by Robert Newton Peck. If you ever had an experience with being in love or had a crush on someone, you should read it as soon as possible! All the feelings and emotions you experienced are in this book. It'll bring back great memories!Valentine's Day is coming up and it seems like all the people in the whole state of Vermont are in love.Best friends, Soup and Rob, have secret crushes on girls. Rob is in love with Norma Jean Bissell, and Soup has a crush on the set of Texas twins Quickie and Trickie. Then when Soup and Rob go to Norma Jean's party they have a blast. Later playing a kissing game Rob and Norma Jean "smooch" behind the piano, and the party is the talk of the school the next day. For Valentine's Day Soup and Rob enter their huge Valentine's card made out of a refrigerator crate in the town's contest for the best Valentine. But they have a problem moving it because it is so big. If you want to see what happens, buy the book and get your LOVE today!

More Trouble,
By A Customer
This review is from: Soup in Love (Paperback)
Pretty good. It's near Valentine's Day and everybody's in love. Even Janice Riker. Like the other ones though Rob always gets in trouble by listening to Soup. (By the way, did you know that Rob has the exact name as the author?)
