I have made many soups from this book, and they've all been given rave reviews. At least half a dozen of these recipes are consistently on the menu. My husband would rather eat the Mushroom soup from this book than just about anything! Every recipe has beautiful step-by-step photos and clear instructions. For the price, you cannot do better. This is an awesome book!

Love it but has a typo mistake on the Beef Chili recipe
I just made the beef chili on p. 165, it said add 2 1/2 cups of flour. Didn't it mean 2 1/2 Tablespoons? I messed up my whole pot of chili by adding this much flour. Read more
