Another awesome cookbooklet! I don't know why I didn't get it sooner! It's filled with so many recipes and tips for soups and stews...and not all for the colder months! I can't wait to try their Strawberry Soup!

Another great addition to the Gooseberry Patch collection....
There is a nice diversity of interesting recipes in here: from Hamburger Soup to Baked Potato Soup (!) to Stews to Crabmeat Soup to Strawberry Soup, there's a recipe for pleasing any palate and any occasion. Along with these, you'll find classics like French Onion Soup and Corn Chowder.
The recipes are easy to make with a reasonable number of ingredients, and for the most part, use quality ingredients.
