Great for aches and pains!
I have back and neck pain, and I really think this helps the pain. I have no side effects and I will purchase this again.

Watch out for the Gluten
Product claims no Gluten, but when you receive the product, it says right on the bottle that it contains Gluten. At least they gave me a full refund with no problem.

I've been taking multiple brands of MSM on and off for a while now and this is the first time my knee continued to hurt, no matter how much I took. Immediately upon taking my other brand, my knee was fine. You get what you pay for.
