This review is from: Source Naturals Apple Cider Vinegar 500mg, 180 Tablets (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
Purchased these for my adult son whose doctor ordered him to take apple cider vinegar daily. That is no fun! These tablets are a great way to easily follow the doctor's orders without all the daily discomfort of swallowing liquid vinegar. He swears by them now. He's lost over 100 lbs now (down to his high school weight) & this is part of his regime to continue his life much healthier...and he is.

I am a big proponent of supplements so far as they are taken with a background understanding of what they do and what to expect. I'll say right now that the best thing anyone could take is fish oil, but this is not the place to go into that discussion...
Regarding Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). I am approaching my 50th birthday and recently began having mild joint pain in various locations. I spoke to my doctor and a blood test revealed that I may have early arthritis. Advil helped with the pain, but I wanted to do more. I read up on the may health benefits of ACV, one of which was arthritis so I figured I would give it a try. I am pleased with the results. The persistent discomfort is practically gone after just a few weeks and it is easy to tolerate the supplement. I would caution anyone planning on taking this to make sure that they have something in their stomach before ingesting a tablet and to make certain that they drink plenty of water. ACV is very acidic and can cause a burn if it gets stuck in your throat - BE CAREFUL.
I read one review that this does not contain all the bioflavinoids of pure ACV is liquid form. This is likely true but I eat enough fresh fruits (including apples) and also have regular glasses of red wine so that should not be an issue for me. I am looking for a way to balance out my blood ph and this seems to do the trick for me.

It works grrreat and is good "on the road". Usually we consume regular organic Apple Cider Vinegar that requires refrigeration; however, with these, we can easily bring them to work or on trips when we travel. Vinegar offers superb health benefits and we love this product, indeed.
Disregard the review posted prior to ours! This bottle DOES, in fact, contain Apple Cider Vinegar, 500mg per 1-tablet serving. You will enjoy this product too!
