This is a good fresh brand. Holy Basil is known to help keep you healthy. This is like a natural antibiotic from what I understand, that because it is natural your body doesn't get used to it.

Haven't noticed any difference in my depression or anxiety. Will finish bottle but not order again unless sudden improvement by then.
