The guy at the health food store recommended this for energy, metabolism, and well being. Maybe it's all in my head but I can tell if I run out.

I have nothing bad to say about these Chromium Pic tablets. I like that they're 200mcg, and meet the daily standard. I do not like tablets that give me hyperdoses of minerals and vitamins. Just the basics and the rest can come from diet.

That's why I take a One A Day Essentials vitamins (tiny, easy to swallow; this is NOT any old One A Day, but actually an Essentials sub-brand--link is below)), plus some fish oil (liquid), plus the Chrom Pic (for the immune system health), and a generic Calcium tablet, and I'm good to go.

Good stuff. Chromium picolinate assists in regulating blood sugar. I take this supplement daily and can see improvement in more lean mass. Not drastic but considerable improvement.

This is a wonderful supplement that helps me with energy and metabolism. I feel much better when I take it!

I like to take a table of Chromium Picolinate before exercising. I think it helps me lose more weight than with exercise alone. Also, I know that Source Naturals makes high quality vitamins and supplements and I trust them.

Trader Joe's quit carrying this great product and I was lucky to find it on Amazon.com. This is a natural mineral that the medical community will not tell you about. Just like Chromium is a rust inhibitor to stop rust damage, it will stop the same effect on your skin and prevent or delay, skin cancers of all kinds. I am grateful to Amazon for carrying this product.
